We have been coming here since it opened and other locations as well. There is. No better Deli. Fresh quality, creative menu and friendly service. Catering is good as well! There is even an Erik and he visits locations and mingles with his employees. There is one guy that has been there for 8 years and had nothing but good things to say about the business and Erik! Awesome good job and an example you treat your employees good then everyone gets treated good. Highly highly recommend. Great vibe

Today was our first time trying Erik's. I had a recommendation from a friend and we decided to check it out. We were happy to see that wheat was not listed as an allergen in the Chowder so my wife was able to enjoy a bowl. We were both happy with the soup and I like the sandwich. The service was top notch and the food great. This locator was very clean, the counter looked great, and the price is very reasonable. I also tried some Carrot cake. It was a classic carrot cake, moist and the cream cheese frosting was tasty. Give them a try.

I might actually give this place a 3.5 based solely on the food. But if you order through Door Dash, whether delivery or pickup, BEWARE. I ordered a meal deal with a sandwich, soup and original Sun Chips. I picked it up, but it was a meal intended for the next day. When I opened the bag today I found NO soup, even though the receipt was stapled to the bag listing the soup. The Sun Chips were not original plain, but Cheddar. OK they might have run out, but since they 'forgot' the soup, maybe they also don't care about what else is wrong and just threw whatever in the bag. So many places to get a sandwich. If I can't trust the order is correct, why should I ever order here again? BTW, Door Dash wanted to blow me off because my complaint to them wasn't within 5 min of me picking it up.

The staff here are what makes this restaurant a 5-star in my opinion. They are friendly, courteous, polite and accomodating. My ordered an Abbotts Habit Sandwich which normally consists of roast beef, swiss, sauce, and veggies. The veggies were mushrooms, sprouts, tomato, red onion. My son didn't realize the sandwich came with all the veggies when he ordered his sandwich. Originally he told the man at the counter not to put mushrooms in his sandwich. The guy who made the sandwich was happy to remake my son's sandwich without the veggies. Which was very kind sice it was our mistake.
I had never been to an Erik's before. Came for the first time maybe two months ago. The staff is always so friendly and and attentive. Food is excellent. I came because they had a Rueben sandwich. So good and served properly every time. Some places serve it sauerkraut side down which is incorrect. The juice from the kraut will seep into the bread and make it soggy. I can't with soggy bread. I can't vouch for everything, I've only had the Rueben and the chicken Gorgonzola salad. Both delicious I have yet to meet a grumpy or even semi grumpy employee. They even have a rewards program. Once I signed up, I got money off my order today. Please come support these guys.
