This location has a sign out front that states it's closed until further notice and should be treated as such. The Paris Bakery in Monterey is open and has a very nice Almond Croissant. However, the Seaside location is closed. I've submitted an edit to it's hours.
Absolutely delicious! Had the best quiche and croissant's! The fresh baked sour dough is a regular in my house

Paris Bakery Cafe offers classic pastries and bread at good prices. The friendly staff provides excellent service in a clean environment. Customers love the fresh baked goods, especially the individual-sized rosemary quiche, cookies, and sweet rolls. The quality matches that of larger establishments, making it a must-visit bakery on the peninsula for delicious treats.
The most important thing is getting there early, as everything is made fresh and quantity is limited if you arrive after 10:00 am. The quality of the homemade baked goods, such as the decadent Chocolate Crescent and the tasty Peanut Butter Bookies & Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, is amazing. The staff, like Emma, are friendly and helpful, heating up the Chocolate Crescents to make them ooey-gooey and very yummy.
The bakery has improved in recent years, with excellent service and food quality. It is a more convenient option than the Monterey location, which can be annoying to visit. Customers can easily drive up Broadway and leave through Fort Ord. The venue is awesome, with a friendly staff, great prices, and a short wait, unlike other places.
