we've been here a few times now.. We were drawn by their almond Croissants that the coffee bank sells.. Its high end cakes and well worth a trip.. My wife finds excuses for us to drive near it and then 'oh are we near Paris' !... Staff are friendly and helpful and cakes always fresh and interesting !
Paris Bakery makes THE best Princess Cake and I searched high and low in Monterey to find a bakery that makes them. I ordered one for a baby shower for for a baby boy and requested it to be tinted in blue instead of the traditional pastel green. So we called it a "prince" cake! Great sandwiches, designer sugar cookies, tarts, and cakes. My latte was perfect but wish they had lavender available, they use a good machine and barista I had prepared my drink well. Good customer service. Will be back.
