After traveling all day, we preferred to order carry-out rather than go to a restaurant. The food was delicious. Unlike some types of food, their was no lost of quality by eating take-out. The quantity of food was good too. The fun part was that we ate in the hotel area where breakfast is served. There was plenty of room to eat and watched a movie on the TV as a bonus.

Out her from New Hampshire and was looking for the kind of eats the are hard to get at home. This small place in a strip mall was just what I needed. Had the classics-spring roll and pho. I was solo so I was particularly pleased to see that they offer half orders of the sprig rolls. They were freshly made and stuffed full of pork, shrimp, veggies and noodles. Pho broth was deeply flavorful and they did not skimp on the meats. Server noticed that chef had made the noodle to bro ratio too high so she, unasked, brought a bowl of boiling broth to my table. Super food and service and a great price too. Perfect!

I always support this family's business. Whatever restaurant they open they do it well and with expertise. For those of you who don't know this place used to be my favorite restaurant before. I'm so terribly going to miss the porridge but I think this is a nice specified restaurant. They only serve pho here. The broth is a great base and is really what makes any pho. They have that down for sure. Noodles were really good as well and all of my veggies were fresh. My boyfriend got the beef pho and he enjoyed that too.

If you are going to close 1/2 an hour or an hour before your posted closing time, you might want to update your business hours on yelp...and everywhere else. Friday night at 6:33pm and your employees already left for the evening. Fyi, this isn't the first time, aa they did the same thing on a Saturday night (but an hour early). So this appears to be a regular thing now, but for me it may be the last. P.S. you own several other restaurants, do you do this as Chop Stix as well?

I came here for the first time with my girlfriend and we shared one bowl of pho because you get a lot of it at a really good price. There are a lot of vietnamese options in town but this one stood out for being really tasty and the guy at the cash register was friendly

We were excited to find out that this place was back open since closing temporarily during COVID. This summer we relocated down here from the Bay Area where we would have pho once a week from some of the best pho places out there! In looking across Yelp I was reluctant to try any of the places around as none of them focused on pho specifically, except this one. Even as takeout, we loved this place! The broth was great and the pho tai and brisket were both very good. So happy to have found an authentic pho place in the area!
Great food, great price and the gentleman who takes my order is always so friendly. This has become a daily meal for me definitely worth a try?

This is the best Pho spot in the Monterey area and dare I say anywhere south of San Jose. Moved down here recently from the bay and stumbled upon this gem after trying every other Vietnamese spot in the area. This is the one. Will be a regular for as long as I live here. Pho is great! The broth is perfect, noodles are fantastic and other menu items like the wings are outstanding. Just writing this review is giving me cravings. Will be back this week:)
