Pho Fresh Restaurant

After traveling all day, we preferred to order carry-out rather than go to a restaurant. The food was delicious. Unlike some types of food, their was no lost of quality by eating take-out. The quantity of food was good too. The fun part was that we ate in the hotel area where breakfast is served. There was plenty of room to eat and watched a movie on the TV as a bonus.

Out her from New Hampshire and was looking for the kind of eats the are hard to get at home. This small place in a strip mall was just what I needed. Had the classics-spring roll and pho. I was solo so I was particularly pleased to see that they offer half orders of the sprig rolls. They were freshly made and stuffed full of pork, shrimp, veggies and noodles. I always support this family's business. Whatever restaurant they open they do it well and with expertise. For those of you who don't know this place used to be my favorite restaurant before. I'm so terribly going to miss the porridge but I think this is a nice specified restaurant. They only serve pho here. The broth is a great base and is really what makes any pho.
