This was my first trip to this location. I was surprised to see no one working at the front counter. After a few minutes, a gal showed up and looked surprised that we were there. She told me to hang on someone, and that would help us shortly. Well,........finally a guy came back and took our order. Ok. This location had quite a few homeless people hanging out and begging for handouts. 4-6 people just camped out for the free Wi-Fi. When you visit in the afternoon, you’ll be highly disappointed. This is the second attempt. Nearly everything is sold out… Hard-working team members are put in a very difficult position, as there is not enough food ordered to actually be open in the afternoon. It would be great if this place closed at 12… However, they stay open without being able to clean tables, vacuum, stock their food, or have enough of their menu items.
