This Starbucks location is bad. They never have any of the drink options. I use to come here for nitro and for the last 5 months they’ve been “fixing” their machine. Today I was told they didn’t even have regular cold brew. What kind of unprepared location is this? Last time visiting this

Back to back days I received a Nitro Cold Brew half filled, and twice they’ve put ice in the Nitro. I know the foam takes up some space, but I’ve never received a half filled cup anywhere else. Definitely not going back to this location.

This is a drive-thru and walk-up only. They have 2 bathrooms with coded doors, but they are apparently not ever in-service. This is not the quintessential, full-service, customer-forward Starbucks. Think of this more as the experience you'd expect in an airport.

Totally bad service specially, the man who was wearing glasses, he kept ignoring me like no one standing there. I was waiting there for 12 minutes even though my order was ready and it was on the side. I couldn’t fix it up because that man was ignoring me the one who is working preparing order, and she didn’t even bother himself calling another person to handle me my order.

I came in at 5 in the morning and ordered a hot drink. By the time I came home, I had noticed the drink had a little less than 4 inches of room in the cup. When there’s room in the cup I don’t mind, but this definitely seemed like the barista accidentally spilled a ton of the drink and just gave it to me like that.

This is the best location today I forgot her name around 12:30 she was short with long black ponytail and she handled my problem soooo proffesionaly she needs to be a manager or have a raise! Sorry I forgot your name!

Restroom isn't available to paying customers? Umbrellas and a counter, but no place to sit? This location seems to purposely be unfriendly to customers who aren't using the drive through.
As a very long time, Starbucks, customer at this location and many others, I have to say the service of the team at this location is unparalleled. The entire crew here is always SO friendly. I usually order through the mobile app and pick up my drink as I arrive to work. Today (11/25/23), I placed my order through the mobile app, as usual, but did not have time to pick it up before having to start my shift. I called the store with (in my opinion) an absolutely off-the-wall request. I was wondering if they might be able to hand me my order over the fence that separates the company I work for and their drive-through. Dawn (I think she's the manager?) answered the phone, and quickly met me at the fence. I cannot stress enough how amazing the team at this store is! Yes, they may be extremely busy sometimes and the drive-through line may be very long, but in my opinion, that speaks to how great this particular store is. And a HUGE thank you to Dawn for going ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!!

Why is the location so small??? The drive thru line is so tiny people have to wait in line on the street. Was this not a thought? Usually Starbucks stores are built with plenty of room for a long drive thru line. You obviously have high demand because it's always busy. Build a bigger store!
