This is the best location today I forgot her name around 12:30 she was short with long black ponytail and she handled my problem soooo proffesionaly she needs to be a manager or have a raise! Sorry I forgot your name!
As a very long time, Starbucks, customer at this location and many others, I have to say the service of the team at this location is unparalleled. The entire crew here is always SO friendly. I usually order through the mobile app and pick up my drink as I arrive to work. Today (11/25/23), I placed my order through the mobile app, as usual, but did not have time to pick it up before having to start my shift. I came in at 5 in the morning and ordered a hot drink. By the time I came home, I had noticed the drink had a little less than 4 inches of room in the cup. When there’s room in the cup I don’t mind, but this definitely seemed like the barista accidentally spilled a ton of the drink and just gave it to me like that.
