It is a drive-through and outdoor seating. The staff is always good. There was a mistake instead of hot grande chai. I have been given a hot cinnamon ... latte. I was already on the highway.
Poorly staffed, communication between employees could use some work. Staff these poor guys better, they were way too busy to operate effectively. My 5 drinks were given to me cold after waiting 15 min for a mobile order made in advance.
I came in at 5 in the morning and ordered a hot drink. By the time I came home, I had noticed the drink had a little less than 4 inches of room in the cup. When there’s room in the cup I don’t mind, but this definitely seemed like the barista accidentally spilled a ton of the drink and just gave it to me like that.
