Not sure what happened to this location recently as it used to seem like it took forever, orders would be wrong, just generally like they didn’t have it together but the last couple months have been great, everything just seems super efficient fast friendly and streamlined so I’ve been stopping alot more frequently these days. Highly recommend this one if you need an efficient stop on your work commute!
It is a drive-through and outdoor seating. The staff is always good. There was a mistake instead of hot grande chai. I have been given a hot cinnamon ... latte. I was already on the highway.
Poorly staffed, communication between employees could use some work. Staff these poor guys better, they were way too busy to operate effectively. My 5 drinks were given to me cold after waiting 15 min for a mobile order made in advance.
