I believe it’s a fried quesadilla when fresh it is fire although their food is always fresh but when they make it right then in The moment when you ask, Although time does not always permit, because they are always extremely busy which speaks volumes for their quality of food

While the bakery is truly great, don't discount their fantastic grill! Perfect lengua tacos, and top-notch mole tamales. Their seating section has a salsa bar, and the chilled desserts are unbelievable. Special call out for the arroz con leche & flan.

My son has autism and struggles to eat new food but this nice young man named Emmanuel saved the day and my son managed to eat his pastry as Emmanuel was talking to him. Lovely handsome guy and lovely bakery. :D

This bakery has a huge amount of pastries, cookies, cakes, and snacks for your coffee breaks or breakfast. They have large burritos and tortas that are delicious. A must visit if you enjoy Mexican bakeries.

UPDATE 2/7/23 my spouse took our kids to get pan dulce. The completely overcharged him and most of it was dry, over baked, flavorless and really upsetting. We were charged $1.70 per item. I can only attest to their pan dulce. It is super fresh, very reasonably priced and delicious. Way better than Santa Fe which was the only decent place I had found locally until now. I went in the evening on a Wednesday and service was fine.
We love our Panadería in town! I love coming here to get nice warm bread. They have so many to choose from the service is good, The owner is always there helping and welcoming people. in the mornings I'll get a nice natural juice. they have a couple to choose from. I usually always order the "Vampiro" which is Beet, Orange, Carrot juice. They also have have food to go or to eat outside their patio. I always do a torta de quesillo to go. The patio outside is nice, Specially on a nice day .
