I wanted to love it but was severely disappointed with the taste of the pizza. I'm not sure if there was too much char on the bottom of the crust or something was off about the sauce/cheese ratio, but the taste wasn't great. Having lived in Italy and eaten my share of pizzas around the world I can say this has the promising look and price of a great pizza...but doesn't deliver.

If you want delicious pizza, friendly customer service & a chill environment: come here! I was greeted immediately and asked if I had any questions. I ordered what I wanted & said it was my first time and I was given a free huge cookie! It was home made chocolate chip with salt. So, so good. The rice crispy treats are good and if you’re a ranch person, their ranch is the best! I’m normally not a pizza fan but this place had me come back and order more for lunch tomorrow!

Whether it’s bad hiring or bad training (or both) , Acre has some of the rudest and most sassy employees I’ve come across. Not all Acre employees are rude but the rude employees are all at Acre. The Cotati location was the worst…. I’ve overheard their (female) manager making fun of customers behind their backs for things that they don’t choose, and the Sebastopol location being second worst…. The teens working there with zero care in the world for how to treat other human beings much less customers. Petaluma has so far been the only location where I’ve had almost no issues with service - and it’s the location I used to go to the most. So kudos to whoever the manager is there. When people are paying $35 for a single pizza plus tip, the least you can do is treat people like they’re people and not pebbles in your shoe.
Got a potato/leek pizza from here while at the wine bar across the street. This pizza had a lot of potential, but it was undercooked. The potatoes were not cooked, rest of the components ended up slightly underbaked. Overall it was disappointing. 3 stars for concept and decent dough

Really loved the CS, very quick to take order. However I purchased a whole pie to go, unfortunately the cook made me a slice to eat there . Extremely busy maybe! I had to wait again for it to be made. I'll try again.
