The pork rib & 1/2 chicken plate with 2 sides- the baked beans & coleslaw slaw were all fresh tasting & moist. The owner Chris was very insightful & was lovely sharing his time on their process, along with the operations manager Finn. The dino rib is killer, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A&M provided excellent customer service when catering a summer dinner party, with the coleslaw, chicken, and jumbo beef sausages being a big hit.
