The pork rib & 1/2 chicken plate with 2 sides- the baked beans & coleslaw slaw were all fresh tasting & moist! The owner Chris was very insightful & was lovely sharing his time on their process, along with the operations manager Finn! The best BBQ ever... I can't wait to come back tomorrow!
Really nice staff that hooked it up when they were out of what I came for. Come early if you plan on getting BBQ but definitely give this place a try. The dino rib is killer. Finally, good BBQ in Sonoma county
The food here is excellent: the brisket tender and tasty, and that honey cornbread is delicious. They have fermented pickles, which I didn't expect, and they have a beef tallow smore cookie that they were out of. Darn, I guess we'll have to come back to try it. Best of all is the service. Friendly and attentive. Carnivores, eat here!
