Merry Edwards Winery

We had a lovely tasting. Our host was very kind and knowledgeable, and the wines were all very tasty and well-made. Highly recommend a visit to Merry Edwards.

Excellent wines - I knew we loved the Sauvignon blanc, but also did a full tasting of reds, thinking they couldn't be as good. We were wrong! Everything was just amazing and we left with 6 bottles, including 4 SB's and 2 reds! Everyone was great, too - we were the first in for the day and were made to feel welcome and even got to meet the winery cat.

Wines are great and very reasonably priced considering their great reputation.

Such a lovely stop at Guerneville - Tim was a wonderful host to our wine tasting. We got the $45 per person package, some french brie and prosciutto with crackers that were just perfect complement. Highly recommended!

Bernie was a superb host and guide through an unrelenting and wide ranging span of questioning from our foursome. Took all the time in the world, with relevant, humorous and insightful responses and a true gift for hospitality in the most real, personal sense. The wines were really something special, and standing for a unique but highly successful take on Pinots just as Bernie boldly promised at the start.

What a fantastic tasting. Bernie was so welcoming and attentive. Presented the wines for a side by side comparison which allowed us to discover the nuances in the different Pinot noirs available. Bernie’s knowledge was superb and what a great representative for your brand. We are so glad to have chosen Merry Edwards for our tasting and you will not be disappointed.

Consistently the best Pinot Noir winery in the state. My second visit, and was even better than the first. Our host Scott made it a very special event. Hopefully my next visit is right around the corner! Do yourself a favor and stop by for a tasting.

Loved all of the wines we tried in a regular tasting and some extra ones we got to sample. Hard to beat every taste at 93+ points! Also, Tom took fantastic care of us as he was super knowledgeable about the wines, history of the vineyard, and paced our tasting well!

I visited Merry Edwards with a group with Max as our tasting coordinator. Our experience was phenomenal! I highly recommend that anyone visiting Sonoma wineries stop by Merry Edwards and enjoy any of their tastings out on their patio. The wines are all fantastic, especially the pinot noirs, but the added experience from having the tasting coordinator is really what takes the experience to the next level. The winery was by far our group’s favorite stop of our entire trip. Thanks, Max!

Amazing experience. We walked in on a Sunday and had a wonderful private tasting. The Pinots were amazing as always.
