One of the best wineries to visit.
Paul Hobbs was a PHENOMENAL visit during our April 2026 trip to wine country. Although we were primarily in Napa Valley, Paul Hobbs was 100% worth the drive-- be sure to schedule a driver! ;)

Nice elegant and upscale winery that specializes in high-end single vineyard Chardonbays and Pinot Noirs. Guided tasting is informative and extensive with a few surprise pours thrown into the mix - great experience!

Paul Hobbs Winery offers an intimate and informative tasting experience, showcasing their amazing upper-level Cabernet Sauvignons, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Though expensive, the wines are worth the price. Visitors will enjoy learning about the wines, area, and history during their visit. The vineyards and wine manufacturing facilities are impressive. The food, prepared by executive chef Tim, is an excellent treat that complements the tasting wines. While the cheese selection is limited to sheep and goat varieties, the overall experience is classy and elegant. Reservations are recommended to fully appreciate this wonderful experience.
