Paul Hobbs Winery offers an intimate and informative tasting experience, highlighting their amazing upper-level Cabernet Sauvignons, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Though expensive, the wines are worth the price. Visitors will enjoy learning about the wines, area, and history during their visit. The vineyards and wine manufacturing facilities are impressive. Note, however, that the cheese selection is limited to sheep and goat varieties. Reservations are recommended to fully appreciate the experience.
