Great customer service, I tried something new and they let me know before I even tried the drink that if I didn't like it they would replace it. I got the hot apple cider and the peppermint iced mocha.
Mobile order... Baristas couldn't follow directions... And drink was ruined... Didn't notice until I got home and wasn't going to go back. What's the point in customizing if it's not followed...I order a specific way for a specific reason (as in sure many others do as well). So disappointed.

Sunday Starbucks run was very pleasant. Lynette was my cashier today, she was very polite and very helpful. I did noticed she was busy making drinks but she was quick to help me. Sometimes I have a struggle getting someone's attention just for a straw, so I really appreciate her great customer service. I'm not a big coffee drinker but I always get my caramel frap and a vanilla bean frappuccino for my 4 year old made perfectly.
