I wanted to far for special breakfast sandwich. They were out of the bagels so I asked them if they could put it on a bun. I was rudely told no we don’t do that. I just didn’t feel valued as a customer when I was told that.
I placed the order on the app and received a 20% off my order. I called regarding a question and was very surprised they answered and very polite. Picked up my order without any problems. For was hot, individually wrapped for each person. I ordered the chicken tenders which I devoured, food and fries were hot and very tasty. I highly recommend. Great customer service and great food.Kid-friendliness: Great customer service. Polite phone etiquette.
