Holy hell bad hearing the cheeseburger was old and gross and for 1 freaking cheeseburger was almost 4 dollars which in my opinion is ridiculous last time I come here there are others that have waaaay better service

Very disappointed with the customer service that was provided today at McDonald’s in Lerdo Hwy Shafter ca. We arrived and the lobby was closed so we decided to go to the drive thru the customer service was denied to my husband and my self we where on our electric scooters which should not be a problem at all! We were just trying to order a dessert to end the evening. As a business owner thats a shame on those employees. Taco Bell did not discriminate and took our order!

The service is absolutely horrible the workers saw me through the drive thru window and didn't serve me. Im dissapointed in the service and the workers should be fired!! NEVER AGAIN DONT COME HERE.

Got 40$ worth of food payed with Apple Pay.asked about bbq and they were charging a 1$ per bbq !?? Why why are they charging for sauces when it should come with the meal unles you ask for extra ????and they’re spicy chicken sandwiches were disgusting. Stale fries .

I waited a exstensive amount of time in the light up drive through, waiting to be helped. Sometime had passed when I thought maybe the speaker hadn't worked. So I then drove up to the first window. From there, I see a worker and she yells at me "were closed" I proceed to say " there's a long line in the drive through, maybe put a sign to let people know you closed early." She continued to just yell and say "we're closed" not even acknowledge what I just said. I just wanted an ice cream.
Food is amazing. The service from the workers are the best. The atmosphere is alright, nothing special. Nothing to change it’s a good place to eat at.
