Very sad to give one star. Quality and customer service has declined. I used to love coming here and it’s sad to see my children will not experience the great place this used to be. I know it gets busy but no need to be rude and cut anyone off while trying to order. Also, the flavoring in the snow cones are little to none now. My snow cone was still white. Seriously extremely sad about how bad of an experience it was.

Service: Could be faster if they have more staff on site. One person and some many customers. I was there after 4 pm.Otherwise, good flavors but not great.I'm posting a pic of their size L cup next to a quarter. It cost $4.00.

I love snow fun ice cream but the staff needs to wear face masks ? none of them wasn’t wearing one and they don’t have their vaccine paperwork out to the public if they already got theirs COvID19 shots
