I love Starbucks, I usually go to the Starbucks on California. I occasionally will go to the one in Shafter when I leave my house. I just don't like going to shafter location because when I order my drinks they feel the entire cup up with ice. I'll get a venti and only get a few drinks and I'm paying over $6 dollars for a cup of ice pretty much. I would really appreciate it if the person making drinks stops over doing the ice other than that Starbucks is great!

This place suuuucks. They neevver make my drink correctly. My lattes always end up tasting like warm milk with no flavor whatsoever. I even pay extra for an extra pump, which I'm sure they don't add. They made my drink iced instead of hot today and the workers gave me such a dirty look when I said something, then proceeded to make my drink incorrectly like always. I wish there was a better coffee place.

First I’ll start by saying I love how one of the baristas Ms. Lorena always welcomes me when she’s there with a big smile. I’ve tried many drinks and food at Starbucks but my favorites are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher and the chocolate cake pop.I LOVE the Shafter Starbucks atmosphere and the customer service. I highly recommend this place!!!:)

I went through the drive through and the timing for the drinks was good but, the barista taking orders completely ruined my experience. She was very rude and she didn’t give us the proper change. She spoke in a rude tone. After the way she behaved I couldn’t even enjoy my drink. I have worked in the Shafter Starbucks before and I know the baristas are usually friendly but that barista specifically was very rude.
