Taco Bell doesn't start making your food till you get there even when you order ahead on the app. I ordered one quesadilla online and sat for 10 minutes waiting for it. Customer service is pretty bad and so is the food.

What a disaster this location is.....Francisco the so called "manager" needs to look for another job; he is definitely not a manager and his crew...follow the leader out the door, please!
In a nutshell my drive thru order was wrong. Upon walking up to the counter I found that Francisco and his motley fools have no customer service skills when it comes to greeting and providing solutions to an error. Took him and his crew over 10 minutes to acknowledge me and fix the order but even then they didn't get it right. I will never patronize this joint ever again.

I ordered a chalupa supreme with nacho cheese added and no tomatoes.I was charged $5.92. I did not receive my receipt.When I got home there was no nacho cheese on my chalupa and the shell was cold and hard, in edible.This is the third time my order has been wrong and cold. I will NOT go to this restaurant again!DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!

Worst experience here on 06/09/24 at 940pm-1030pm. They take forever to make people's orders, and they have people waiting forever. I've been waiting for my Uber eats pick up, and it took 30 minutes. Management neeeds to fire their workers here or something and retrain their people. This is ridiculous. I'll be reporting this with them. And there's nobody in the drive-through either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently this establishment loves when people pee on their building. I called the Shafter Police Department when I noticed a man urinating on the building next to the entrance. The employees didn't want to press charges. Way to go Taco Bell! Very R. Kelly of you...

Had to wait for my order to be taken. The bathrooms are locked and need a code to open…okay. Except when the door closed the handle was missing..I had a hard time getting out, good luck if you’re a kid, woman or hand weak hands.

I would have given all 5 stars but we have to multiple times explain the orders as we made all vegetarian but the person who made did not even look what modification we have made. Food quality was good as it was fresh , restaurant is clean . Restrooms are clean too. Lots of parking .

Order a Crunchwrap with no beef, add chicken, no sour cream, and no nacho cheese. Chicken tasted old ( very dry), and it had nacho cheese. The fat lady that took my order was in a mad mood, and she didn’t give me the recipient because the “ printer was not working “. Later, I saw her putting a new roll. She was just lazy to do it at that moment. Dine in was horrible, all tables were dirty and bathrooms were dirty. Later she was telling her crew that she doesn’t get paid enough. Well her poor customer service is not going to help her get a raise .

Vegetarian options: Don’t waste your time, they would get your order wrong, and deny a refund .
