“I was traveling through the area when I spotted the Taco-Shop and decided to stop-in for a burrito. Their carnitas was scrumptious; really enjoyed it. The restaurant was tidy/clean, the customer service was very pleasant and the pricing was great! Enjoy!“

“The food was delicious and the burritos were humongous! We ordered the super burrito with carne asada, we didn't get guacamole on our burritos but they were still so yummy! I think our server may have been having an off day or maybe it was because they were a little busy but she was a little off putting. She asked if we wanted sauce and then only gave us a couple of the one sauce that I wanted and none of the other sauce that my husband wanted. We will return because we love the food! It was our first time using the drive thru, I think from now on we will come inside, it just seemed more convenient since my husband is in a wheelchair and the front door was all blocked off.“

“I enthusiastically suggest that individuals consider visiting this establishment to experience their delectable culinary offerings. Regrettably, I neglected to capture photographs of the dishes, as my husband and I eagerly indulged in the meal. It made me jump in joy they relocated from Redding to Anderson, as it is now conveniently situated in close proximity to ME! We placed an order for three varieties of pupusas, a traditional Salvadorian dish. We ordered the Birria Plate and the Birria Burrito. The birria was exceptionally flavorful and tender, accompanied by homemade tortillas, a rare find in today's culinary landscape. The refried beans and Mexican rice was as good/or better than my mom's. That's says alot!!! The burrito was remarkably large in size. The owner demonstrated kindeness and provided outstanding service. It was evident that the food was freshly prepared, as the owner was peeling tomatillos husks to create fresh salsa. I would like to mention that their Horchata was exceptional. I am constantly seeking the finest Horchata in Shasta County, and this establishment undoubtedly surpasses all others. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of ice. However, since I was taking my food home, I simply added ice upon arrival. But Folks...do please come and support this new place in Anderson“

“A super cute hole in the wall place with yummy food and good service. I got the veggie omelette and the country potatoes. The omelette was packed full of veggies and was perfectly seasoned. The potatoes were delightfully crispy but I do wish they had a smidge more seasoning. My friend said she had the best Reuben she's had in a very, very long time! Planning on going back for sure!Vegetarian options: I only remember seeing 2-4 vegetarian options on the menu, of which the omelette seemed to be the most filling and with the most veggies“

“This place is hands down the best taco truck you will get food at! Not only is the food amazing but so if the customer service. This place deserves 10 stars! Not only can you get your daily taco craving but they offer catering. We used them for my husband's dads celebration of life and I had everyone ask where we got the food! You won't be disappointed!“

“Stopped by for brunch and it is never disappointing. Only disappointing thing is my stomach is never as big as my eyes...its that good! But you can always box it up for later.The cinnamon roll is a meal in itself, I'd say share but are we really supposed to?!“
