“I’ve had 2 kids birthdays her the last couple months. Both experiences were wonderful. I love their pizza, it has a nice, chewy, crispy crust and the sauce has good flavor. The pepperoni gets a little crispy on the edges too which I love. Salad bar is a lot better than I remember, everything was fresh and clean and a small but decent selection of toppings. They are very kid friendly although the selections of games is kinda small. We will probably continue to have parties here, the quality and pricing was hard to beat. It’s one of the best pizza places around, if you like good times you will like this place!“

We celebrated my birthday there, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had dining out as a family. We have a loved one with a severe, life-threatening dairy allergy one that has previously resulted in medically induced comas so eating out is something we almost never do. But from the moment we arrived, the staff and managers went above and beyond to ensure his safety and comfort. They took every precaution imaginable using fresh gloves, preventing any cross-contamination, bringing his meal out first, and even having the manager personally come to our table to talk through his allergy and confirm every step taken. The care, professionalism, and compassion they showed meant the world to us.“

This place is amazing, I am vegan and they have at least a dozen or more options for me, with little to no modifications needed. They're always so friendly and professional. They are family run and their hours of operation are normal business hours, they started staying open until 7 recently which is amazing because I'm usually not getting off work until 6 so it's perfect for dinner time on those days when I'm too exhausted and hungry to cook. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves Thai food ❤️ they're the BEST“

“Four of us had dinner there Friday, 3/6/26. It was extremely busy, but we were quickly greeted by a friendly server and seated at a table. The service was a bit slow, but I totally understood why with the large number of happy customers, being tendered to. Three of us got the ribeye dinner and one got the chicken sandwich. It was a fun atmosphere as we got to cook our own steaks, chicken and sourdough bread. A returning customer, came to the grill to fix her dinner and gave us a quick overview of how she does her steak and potato on the grill. We will definitely try that next time. The drinks were a fair price and the cost of the meal was very doable. We paid about $25 for a delicious, tender ribeye, salad, potato and sourdough bread. We found out the meat is purchased from our favorite meat market, R&R meats and seafood in Redding. Yes, we will be back and we want to bring our adult kids to enjoy the fun and food. Thank you, PCI for a fun evening.“

Upon entering the facility me and my wife were greeted by friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and extreme cleanliness. Waiting staff went above and beyond and were very patient and suggestive on menu items. My wife got a mixed breakfast plate with pancakes and I got a breakfast burrito. “We LOVE Corbett’s. One of the best restaurants in the area. Amazing food and service*. Try the lobster eggs benedict, any of their kickass omelets (my partner likes the salmon omelet, I like the Downtown or California), any of their fantastic sandwiches. I’m not a coffee snob in any capacity so YMMV, but their regular coffee is REALLY good. Desserts are also fantastic.

* Regarding service. Normally Maria is our server, extremely kind and personable, has gotten to know us & our preferences well and takes great care of us. She is a standout human being. Unfortunately, we must have stopped in on her day off today and got Allison. She was… certainly not outright rude but made us and others feel like an inconvenience. Maybe not having a good day. Happens.

As soon as we sat down, something to the effect of “wow, as soon as I start a project I have more people come in” was said. Sure, same, I also work in the service industry and I know the feeling, but it’s not something I voice to patrons. She made various other kinda not great comments throughout our visit, both to us and another table.

Allison still kept us taken care of consistently and quickly, and kept our drinks full. But we definitely missed Maria today.“

“Service was excellent and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they had a choice between regular coffee and dark roast. The biscuit was ah-mazing; served fluffy and hot! It was excellent. I got the country potatoes with onions and bell peppers and they were cooked perfectly. The eggs were cooked to my liking, as well. Unfortunately, the only thing that was lacking was the chicken fried steak: it was tough and gamey-tasting, and the gravy didn't have any flavor at all. Otherwise, this place is wonderful. We do plan to go back and try something different on the menu, since everything else was top shelf.“
