Fresh fish and seafood, the restaurant is run by the owner. I've ordered many things on the menu, and nothing has ever disappointed me. From miso soup to chicken teriyaki plate, to skewers and appetizers - everything is delicious! They also have draft Sapporo and White Yuzu. With all that, the prices are very reasonable. My favorite mid-budget sushi place on Ventura blvd.
Kaiju Sushi is always welcoming, with consistently great food and friendly service. My husband and I go about once a month, and it never disappoints. Fresh, delicious sushi and a comfortable atmosphere keep us coming back. Highly recommend!
Beautiful restaurant- we were happy to get a last minute rez in open table. When we got to the hostess stand there was no one there seating. And the servers would just walk past and not make eye contact. This was happening all night, long not just for us so people are waiting at the front with no attention. Once we got seated, it would take a minute for anybody to even give us a menu or come over and ask us for drinks, etc. The yellowtail was amazing. The other rolls were just...
