I finally found a legit Japanese Fish restaurant in the San Fernando Valley after Maya sushi changed its ownership. The quality of fish is incredibly stellar and the taste is superb. The rich flavor of the salmon the the crisp flavor of the yellowtail and the sweetness of the Sweet Shrimp is memorable. The fact that the chef fries the head of the sweet shrimp is wonderful. The Atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and the waitresses were very friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was out of this world, well at least the ones we got and if you are a sushi lover you should check them out. The price was also very great for the quality and taste of the food.
Really yummy spot! I loved the options they had in the menu, everything was very fresh, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was really great too. Their parking area is small and street parking is hard, lots of no parking zones and the busy streets nearby are packed. Took me some time to find it. Overall great place. I’d definitely go again!
