I hate that I love paying $10 for coffee here (w/tip). It’s definitely the best in the valley. Tastes like Maru, iykyk and it ruined every other spot for me. Hope they can open a second location with a more lounge / work friendly atmosphere and better parking. But as far as coffee goes, you guys win.

Lynx Coffee is a standout in the valley coffee scene, known for creating a work of art with every cup. The coffee is among the highest quality you’ll find, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The drinks are so well curated and crafted, with both the matcha and coffee drinks really good. The matcha is some of the best, featuring pure Uji blends and the hinata blend. The hinata blend has more of the classic matcha flavor, more floral, and is easily paired with any milk, dairy or non dairy. The uji blend is a unique flavor with a nutty flavor similar to almond butter, recommended with dairy milk. They also sell some of the matcha powder they use, the Kettl brand. The interior design is excellent, with some seating inside, pretty quiet, good to have a chat with your friends or get some work done, and even more seating outdoors. However, the lines are crazy and waiting 30 minutes for one coffee is kind of ridiculous, as the staff didn’t seem rushed at all. Parking can be difficult, with street parking only, free parking on the residential street but competitive, otherwise just metered on Ventura. If you appreciate specialty coffee made with real passion, Lynx Coffee is absolutely worth a visit.
