Dope lil spot tucked away in Sherman Oaks. Quality sushi, great service. Fun tunes too. Going to be a go to spot. Tonight had the Oh My Goodness Roll and the I Love Salmon Roll. Who's set the playlist here? They deserve some recognition.

This place is a great find! My bf loves sushi and said this place was fantastic, he liked that the rolls were filled with real crab, salmon, tuna and not faux meat. The price is great and the portions of fish are generous! I am trying to eat dairy and gluten free, I enjoyed the miso soup, salad, Steamed veggies in place of the tempura to make it gf, the rice, and the teriyaki chicken was sooo good! The pieces of chicken were large, and the sauce was sweet and delicious. I appreciate our server asking the cooks if things were gf for me and even brought out Tamari as a substitute for the soy sauce! Thank you for being so thoughtful and accommodating me! My bf ordered the spicy tuna crispy rice- he ordered this everywhere and said it was 8/10 The Hawaiian roll our server recommended was 12/10 sooo good! Salmon sushi, salmon roll and the sashimi were all amazing. High quality fish! Tasty! Hit sake was a must and a Sapporo. Would recommend for families, girls night out, friends meet ups, date night etc. great local spot that's comfortable, inviting and plays fun music! Beautiful photographs on the walls make you feel like you're in Japan. Generous portions, well priced, friendly staff, loved the music playing, quick service, comfortable casual atmosphere, will gladly return for more! Good vibes all around!

I want to give this place 5 stars but it just needs more attention in their flavors. It's good but missing something. I love the boba drinks here though! The seating is mediocre and I only order takeout. Anyway, its nice but could be better overall.

So the first two times we order takeout from this place it was amazing. Their truffle roll is so nice and the service is great. I say this because we went there once I do not like the ambiance I think that the quality was different when we went in the house rather than take out. But because of the great service and because takeout was so tasty, I will stick with four out of five.

Our first clue should have been that the restaurant was empty at 5:45pm. We ordered combination dinners. Miso soup came cold. Sent back. Came back lukewarm no taste. Bowls of white rice that came with meal cold. Teriyaki chicken was chewy. Only thing edible was tempura and edamame. Everything else awful. Don't understand how this place got good reviews. Quality of food poor. We complained management comped us. That was only good thing.
What a find! I got takeout for a friend and me. Fine quality, nice people. I ordered the I Love Salmon roll and the Yellowtail with Jalapeño Roll and both were excellent and really creative. In fact much of the menu looked creative and unusual. My to-go bag also contained complimentary sautéed green beans (also excellent), ponzu sauce, low sodium soy sauce (I didn't even have to ask), regular soy and plenty of ginger and wasabi. I ordered 2 nigiri pieces of halibut and they were great. The bill came to $55 and it was just the right amount of food for 2 people. This place has only been in business for 2 years at the time of this review. It's fairly small in size- maybe 10 booths with no sushi bar. I hope they are around for a long time and grow their business. I'll certainly be happy to return as a very satisfied customer.

This place is a hidden gem! The sushi was great and you can’t beat the happy hour prices! Our server was super nice and gave a fantastic recommendation on a roll that my wife and I loved! Would recommend!

Woah. This place is honestly awesome. Came here on a weekday night for happy hour and I left super satisfied. The prices for happy hour are so great for the value. The place itself is clean and very cute, love the lighting and it feels so cozy. The waitress was so sweet and kind. Our food came out promptly and she was always smiling!! The music was also a y2k vibe which I liked ahaha. Food: - Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice: Their spicy tuna is so well made. It's not too mushy but is flavorful and feels fresh. The crispy rice was tender and had the perfect crunch. - OMG Roll: the yellowtail and crunchy onion made it really refreshing + the spicy tuna gave it a flavorful kick. - Hot & Sexy Roll: super savory, if you like mayo (like me) this roll is for you. Loved the the soy paper and the crunchy shrimp tempura which added that hint of sweetness. Well seasoned with fresh scallions - Yellow Tail w Jalapeño: very tender and fresh with ponzu sauce poured over it. The jalapeño was pretty spicy btw but pairs well! - Fancy Rainbow Roll: this was probs my fav bc the crispy onion is so delicious! The raw fish + spicy tuna + the sprouts on top made it feel like I was eating a delicious poke salad. Extremely refreshing. - Yuzu Cheescake: never had anything like this! Has a sweet orangey taste that's not TOO sweet + they gave us fresh oranges! Overall I love how they season each of their rolls with a little something extra like crispy onion, sprouts, alfalfa, sesame seeds, ponzu, etc. And their presentation is great!! All the rolls I had were so flavorful. Def coming back to try more!!
