Called back to place my order and I asked for an apology, that was rude the lady said “it wasn't me that left you on the phone” does it matter yall suppose to be a team working in the same establishment. Take ownership. She proceeded to try and take my order without the apology and I told her she could shuv it and hung up. I promise you, she did not care. Prob happy she didn’t have to take another order. If you hate your job so much go find another job. Poor customer service should never be an option when dealing with continuous paying customers. The sushi is mid by the way

Chicken katsu was great, big portion, tender chicken, came with a pretty and delicious salad and the curry was also very good. It was totally worth the price. Takoyaki was one of the best I've eaten. The portion is also generous and there were definitely big chunks of Tako inside the balls. Presentation was very pretty too. However my lemon roll was not as good as the other dishes. The spicy tuna was overly spicy and it took away the flavor of the entire dish. The size surprised me positively though, it was much bigger than rolls in other places. The fish was fresh and the proportion with rice was good too. I would definitely come back.

Random that it's 2 restaurants in one but I ordered from both. I ordered the baked salmon roll from Muzen and it was huge! It did cost me almost $20 but it's was enough for 2 people. It was good but expensive and I couldn't just eat it without it falling apart due to the size. I would come back.

This little “hole in the wall” Japanese cafe has the best chicken katsu in LA.Super fresh, light and crispy katsu breading with juicy white breast meat, served in the bowl on soft, warm rice with a side of lettuce salad and topped with pickled and crispy veggies with lotus root slices.It’s so simple but so thoughtfully, well made. Truly a little piece of authentic Japan here in a random strip center in Sherman Oaks.I also had a nice warm cup of lightly sweetened Jasmine green tea on a cold day while waiting for my car at the dealer.It’s a small storefront that seats about 12 total (4 individual seats + 2 tables of four) and provides a nice, calm ambience, with a very clean and tidy space. Nothing lavish but truly the perfect setting for eating some fresh Japanese home cooking. They also have an assortment of other sushi and Japanese dishes, along with crawfish here.I’ll be back again for sure.

This place is 2 restaurants in one... a very large selection of food. But, everything was very sweet. We got beef bulgogi, too sweet to finish. And a taro boba, again too sweet to drink. Cauliflower was smothered with spicy sauce, I would have preferred a drizzle because... it was sugary sweet. Our server was also sweet, which is a good thing :-)
