This little “hole in the wall” Japanese cafe has the best chicken katsu in LA.Super fresh, light and crispy katsu breading with juicy white breast meat, served in the bowl on soft, warm rice with a side of lettuce salad and topped with pickled and crispy veggies with lotus root slices.It’s so simple but so thoughtfully, well made. Quaint little sushi spot with a bar table facing the window so you can people/car watch as you eat. This place is also inside the same establishment as Boiling Daddy. Peach and passion fruit tea with lychee was good. No extra charge for no ice. Had nice pieces of peaches. Sushi is also good but a bit small portions. Service was friendly and quick. Everything on this menu is to die for! The Bulgogi Beef , Chicken Curry , Garlic Soy Chicken Wings, Muzen Tofu Soup are my top choices here ! They have just starting serving authentic Japanese curry and it's delicious! Portions are big and the staff is attentive and sweet! Always dine and it's always a cozy experience!
