PIZZA KIT
PIZZA DOUGH
Chef Daniele's signature slow dough prepared with organic, stone ground flour and allowed to ferment for 48 hours. The same dough we use in our restaurants. One dough ball - makes one pizza.
SAN MARZANO TOMATO SAUCE
Made simply from san marzano dop tomatoes, grown for Pizzana on our plot in Southern Italy. The same sauce we use in our restaurants. Makes two pizzas.
FIOR DI LATTE
Imported Italian fior di latte carefully selected for its rich flavor, low moisture and dreamy melting properties. The same cheese we use in our restaurants. Makes two pizzas.

Love the pizzas here. The dough is perfection. The vegan and gluten free pizzas are equally delicious. If you sign up and order from the app, you get one free pizza a month when you spend $25. It’s a great incentive to remember to order your monthly pizza!

Came here for a gathering and we ordered a bunch of appetizers, salads and pastas to taste a bit of everything. Each dish was tasty, flavorful and well-balanced.

$8.00 for a Pup Pizza, which contains: flour, pork, pumpkin, potato, peanut butter. It smelled AMAZING, honestly! The crust was beautiful with the perfect little crunch and my dog keeps circling the island where we're keeping his remaining pizza untill tonight. The pizza came sliced in 8 little bite sized pieces and it honestly looked amazing.

We're going to make this a monthly thing for as long as they make them. Of course , we couldn't leave...

So.....I drove 28 miles to get this amazing pizza! Driving home was a challenge, as I did not want to eat the whole thing en route. (One piece did disappear...) It's my favorite pizza of all time, and I do try quite a few places. I just need to figure out how to convince the Pizzana team to open one near me!
