The only reason I go to Puchica is for their caldo de res soup, which is hands down the best soup I've ever had. They offer other amazing dishes, but I haven't tried them yet because I can't stop ordering the caldo de res. Every time I plan to try something different, I end up getting the soup because it's that good. If you ever go to Puchica, you must try their soup.
