Sonny's Handcrafted Ice Cream & Italian Ice

Omg this place is incredible. And they serve wet walnuts, which is a favorite of mine from my childhood because I grew up in New York. The ice cream is delicious and definitely tastes gourmet. Service was great, too. Thanks

Best Ice cream I’ve had in my 41 years on this earth! It’s made from scratch with fresh ingredients and you can taste it. The ice cream is very flavorful! The staff was great also. This was the first time my husband and I have been here and we were not disappointed. I had the apple pie and cowboy ice creams and tasted the strawberry balsamic and my husband had a strawberry shortcake sundae. It was all so good! We will definitely be back!!

Homemade whipped cream, tasty desserts, and good service. What more could you ask for?

The lemon ice is really good, and the service is even better. Melos got me samples of their ice cream, cream ice, and Italian ice. And he made the mini pancakes for the pofferties fresh after I ordered. Many families walked in while I was enjoying my dessert, and Melos and the young lady were great with the kids. When they weren't helping customers, they were busy cleaning and putting things away. Very hardworking high school and college students.

Wow! I'm a bus driver and I've had ice cream in many towns and this is the best ice cream I've ever had. I had my favorites vanilla with lemon ice and they were delicious

Sonny’s in Sherman Oaks is amazing! I loved the Apple Pie ice cream—it had real apple slices and tasted so fresh. The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!
