Sonny’s in Sherman Oaks is amazing! I loved the Apple Pie ice cream—it had real apple slices and tasted so fresh. The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!

Who the heck runs an ice cream shop in 2024 that doesn’t accept debit tips?
Do the extra payroll processing for the kids. Pay the extra 20% taxes on your free money. It’s not like you have the responsibility of paying your employees a living wage. Give them a chance to make a dollar.
Super friendly staff! Went in and was greeted immediately even though they were busy. Wasn’t rushed one bit, was given descriptions of their Italian Ice and their mix. Given various samples. Honestly the experience was amazing.
That being said their Ice Cream is one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Got myself the smores in a waffle cone. The hints of graham cracker in the ice cream really made it.

Truly tasty and unique flavors! Matt, the friendly owner, explained many has crafted items in the menu. Thoroughly enjoyed a waffle cone with Rose Petal + Pistachio ice cream!

The Italian ice and ice cream were genuinely incredible, the perfect textures and balance of flavors. The owner was lovely and offered excellent recommendations and insight into the flavors and preparation process. I got the lemon ice and dark chocolate ice cream.
