Dear Starbucks Management,I hope this message finds you well. My name is Herman and I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident I encountered at the Starbucks located in Sherman Oaks Fashion Square on Saturday, 1/27.During my visit, I purchased two iced coffees and specifically requested ice on the side. While one of the coffees was prepared correctly, the other one was not. I approached the barista, identified as "Mone/Mona," to communicate the issue and politely requested a cup of ice on the side.To my surprise, her response was less than satisfactory. She mentioned that I should accept whatever is written on the receipt and dismissed my request for ice. Despite my efforts to explain and request professional service, her demeanor remained rude and dismissive. I even suggested that she might benefit from additional professional training in customer service, to which she responded mockingly, stating that I was the only customer requesting ice.As a loyal customer of Starbucks, I believe in the high standards of service that your company represents. However, this experience with "Mone/Mona" was disappointing and does not align with the positive interactions I typically have at Starbucks locations.I kindly urge you to consider providing additional training to your staff, emphasizing the importance of courteous and respectful customer service. Employees like "Mone/Mona" can negatively impact the reputation of an otherwise esteemed company.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Worst service EVER. Asked for a cup of water for my crying baby and no one would give it to me unless I stand in a 15 min line. The manager wouldn't even give me his name so I can file a formal complaint it's fine I'll just call and point him and his nasty employee that works with him. I called for his name and then he decided to tell me I'm verbally harassing him people have lost their minds. Again I asked for a cup of water for my hungry crying baby. Heartless nasty people in the world

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst Starbucks I ever have gotten a drink from. The staff has no customer service skills, could care less about anyone or how well they make the drinks. Literally this location has made me despise Starbucks coffee, pure trash. Someone needs to really come clean this place up, do better Starbucks, just pure crime charging $8 for a latte that tastes like dirt.

Asked for a Iced Vanilla Latte and was given the wrong order twice. With a huge wait time both times. Incredibly unhappy with the experience. Really hoping that it's not a common occurrence.

First, if you're in a hurry, and there's a line 30 people deep, maybe don't order drinks? Don't forget Starbucks does mobile orders so the line is bigger than you see. This place is about the size of two porta potties strapped together and the facts that they cram 5 or more employees back there (hopefully no one farts) is nuts, but they do and it works. Second, in that condition I would fully expect the staff to be cranky but they're not. They're havin fun, working hard and crankin drinks out faster than you'd think. I only got in line cause I hate shopping and needed a break. It was a harrowing experience watching them take order after order all while the line grew. Nice work y'all! To the tall skinny kid? Keeban edit: Keegan, you have a great attitude dude, perfect Oat Cappuccino. If I had a coffee shop, I'd recruit you and your crew in a second!

Ordered 3 drinks, once we went up to pick them up we were missing a straw for one so we waited for an employee to come closer to ask for one. A girl came and we asked her if we could get a straw and almost cutting us off she said "I'm off the clock." And continued pouring a drink. So we waited a little more and no one was coming so I had to raise my voice to get someone's attention for a straw. SHE WAS RIGHT INFRONT OF THE STRAWS! That girl could've just let one of her coworkers know that we needed help if she couldn't help us. Couldn't believe this happened in such a tiny location.As we were leaving I heard a lady say "excuse me one question...." and that girl told her that same thing.If she's behind the counter she should expect people to ask her for help, if she's off the clock I get it, but don't be so rude about it and at least let someone else know.

11/08/2023The cafe fully staffed and they work so slow even they get wrong orders I was on my coffee break cheese bits and I waste my whole break waiting for my order I went to 85C bakery I ordered my coffee and get it and back again to check on my order and still nothing thereSo I ask for refund the employee did it without checking if my order been filled out , without apologise or asking why I want to cancel my order To be honest Starbucks coffee tastes like mud mixed with water
