I went there about two weeks ago and was served by a young man; I showed him what I wanted to order, and he gave me a dirty look, which made me feel very uncomfortable and annoyed. That kind of behavior makes people feel uneasy. I wanted to order a different coffee but decided against it to avoid more dirty looks, so I just ordered the one listed on the menu. I don't like Starbucks because I consider it very expensive. Twice now, I've brought my granddaughter there to get a drink, and more than half of what they serve is ice; after just a few sips, the drink is gone, yet the cup remains more than half full of ice. Besides being expensive, they serve a ridiculous amount.
White lady with ginger hair employee at the register was super rude, she didn’t even bother to greet us or ask if we are ready to order, I had to go awkwardly stand in front of her and greet her. I proceed to give her my order and my total is $6.95, I have a gift card with $6.87 so I used it and intended to pay the difference.
