Asked for a Iced Vanilla Latte and was given the wrong order twice. With a huge wait time both times. Incredibly unhappy with the experience. Really hoping that it's not a common occurrence.
First, if you're in a hurry, and there's a line 30 people deep, maybe don't order drinks? Don't forget Starbucks does mobile orders so the line is bigger than you see. This place is about the size of two porta potties strapped together and the facts that they cram 5 or more employees back there (hopefully no one farts) is nuts, but they do and it works.
