First off the coffee is really good artisanal quality and the attention to detail is great. The best part is the people who work there! Clark specifically went above and beyond! I had my morning brain and said “iced” when I meant hot, and when my drink was made I made a face cause I knew it was my fault but Clark noticed and INSISTED he remake it hot, drained the ice from my “iced” latte so I can enjoy it later without it being watered down and let me keep both drinks. It’s small things like that when people go above and beyond that make places special. Can’t wait to come back.

Delicious espresso on tap. Nice ambience. You get a free cuppa when you buy beans, too. I took home a bag of single origin, grinding it with Ode Fellow 2 and brewing with Melitta, and the tasting notes were accurate. Price is on par for locally roasted LA beans.

The best coffee shop in Sherman Oaks - so fortunate to have it so close! The coffee is so good. It actually tastes like coffee ☕️ 😂 not watered down or diluted with extras. I personally love mochas - and the one here is the best!!! It’s not too too sweet but just enough, and still lets the coffee shine. I get mine with almond milk and love how they make it taste just as creamy as a dairy product. Their coffee designs are so pretty too ;). Friendly service, feels comfortable and a relaxed vibe for LA. The two-story, open feel is so nice for visiting or doing work … benches on one side and chairs on the other of tables. Seating outdoors facing Ventura is nice too. It’s often busy because it’s so popular, so I have mine ☕️ out here with friends. Their merch is actually super cute. I’m going to be getting some to support this CA biz. It’s next door, attached, to LITT decor - and soooo pretty in there. Friendly staff there too. I’ve often wandered through to window shop. Parking behind the cafe and underneath if it’s not too crowded. I almost always find it there - for free. If you want REAL coffee and a cool vibe - this is the place! 🤍☕️

The chai latte is amazing!! Looking forward to trying other items, but idk when I’ll be willing to part with my fave menu item for a day to sample the others lol

One of our favorite local coffee spots! Staff is super warm and welcoming and serves up great coffee. The pastries are exceptionally flakey, buttery and delicious!

This is my new go to spot for my dirty chai. I’ve tried dirty chais from other places have been greatly disappointed because of how good this place is. It’s a great work environment and the staff here is great. Jordan (employee) always has a great energy and a contagious joy. Jenna is a real sweetheart too! Him and Jenna make a MEAN dirty chai! My only problem I have with the spot is that more people are finding out about it making it hard for me to find a table to work at 😂

Please bring back the Guava Croissant 🥐

Great coffee, fun staff. I love visiting this place and would love to stop longer but they don’t have any vegan options for food. Such a shame .Coming from London as I regularly do, it’s strange not to be offered that in LA!

Listen, I love Boy & The Bear. Especially, the Sherman Oaks location. The staff here is phenomenal—the vibes, service, and coffee are always great. HOWEVER, when I found this shop, you guys had a guava croissant that i RAVED about to anyone who would listen. I took friends to Boy just to show them the croissant. My mom would fly across the country to see me and I'd make Boy our first stop, simply, for the croissant. Honorable mention to the chickpea hot pocket and super seed cookie as well. Now, the bakery has switched meaning no more chickpea hot pocket, no more super seed cookie, and most importantly, no more guava croissant. This is devastating to me. The coffee is still great and so is the service, but everyday I walk in and hope I will see those colorful swirls behind the glass again.

Such a lovely place. Amazing coffee. The most incredible staff ever! So warm and inviting. But I am a little disheartened by the fact that I can’t enjoy any of the food on display. They never have anything gluten-free or vegan. They used to, but they stopped offering it. I wish this would change.

Trendy coffee house inside a furniture store. Nice quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee, with available wall sockets to plug in your laptop.

This is the first time that my husband and I have come in here amazing vibes good atmosphere we really enjoyed our coffee specially the iced coffee that we bought this afternoon thank you for being so friendly and so kind
