A very delicious lunch. I did the Xtra medium handroll set which included 6 pieces and the fish exceptional (though not all of the pairings were to my taste). Looking forward to returning for their new breakfast spread!
This is the kind of market food lovers dream about. Fresh fish, premium cuts, and caviar — and it all looks incredible. They literally have salmon sides hanging and aging in their fridges, and huge fresh tuna cuts that look sushi-grade.
