“This is our favorite yogurt shop within walking distance!! The staff is friendly and the yogurt is delightful! Although I tend to get the same flavors every time, I do notice that they rotate flavors consistently to give others another option. I love their seating area out front and I always love the decorations to celebrate different holidays. It's very cheerful!! We recommend this place to our family and friends. Hopefully, you will give it a try!“

“I was having a really bad day, then I saw this place and it did not disappoint. The frozen yogurt was firm coming out of the machine (a must for a good review from me---I HATE melty ice cream or any other frozen desert), and the chocolate flavor was really rich and good. When I am treating myself to the handful of times I eat frozen yogurt a year, I make it super double, extra chocolatey. Choc frozen yogurt, choc sprinkles, oreo crumbles and choc chips if they have them. YAAAAESSSS! It was mid-afternoon and not only was it a bad day, but I had not eaten anything till that point. The young lady working was kind, friendly and professional, the toppings seemed fresh and tidy (not gross and mixed together). I will be back when I am heading through Placerville and need a chocolate fix! Thank you!“

“My husband and I have been coming here since we moved to the area in 2021 and absolutely love the new ownership. Michael in particular was an absolute angel and left us feeling so connected and inspired! I couldn’t ask for a greater atmosphere. The quality of product has also gone up and although the prices are higher so has the quantity and fresher ingredients so I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’re craving frozen yogurt or ice cream! :)“

“I’d say it was pretty good with my aunt we got there a little before closing I am sad that it closes quite early for usual ice cream shops, from what I’ve seen it’s two sides for customer service most people who have bad reviews are just dealing with teens, I mean what do you expect? Them to be perfect and I understand some could have done better but give them a break it’s their first time and they are still learning. I met some teens and they where pretty friendly my aunt asked some questions about a cake and the staff was helping and quite nice, it just depends on what your dealing with and sometimes you just gotta learn to not snap at them for what their doing wrong and just tell them“
