This place is pretty decent. All I really get here are fish and shrimp tacos. And I think those are pretty darn good. If I'm going out on a limb I get a bean and cheese burrito. No fluff, no nonsense, just a burrito to the dome that makes me fart. 🙂 Anyway, I think it serves better food than the other place in Sierra. Madre that's just my opinion. Service is fast and there's some good people working here. So come here eat a fish taco and shut up. Love, me. 🙂😘

Carnitas was good. Al pastor was mid and the lady taking my order accidentally put extra stuff on my ticket and I didn't realize until it was too late.
The food is passable, a little expensive but passable, it is neither very very good nor very very bad.

Double and triple reheated meet, no pride in the craft of the cook, how dare he send some meat like this. It would have cost him nothing to put 3 cups of fresh meat, very lazy and badly trained cook, or the owner is the same. There’s no room for businesses like this they will eventually fail.

On a summer weekday (Tuesdays are best) you can’t beat this sleepy slow moving small town of Sierra Madre. Located on the main drag, this place is the go to for fish tacos. They offer other seafood ? including carne and carnitas. However the fried fish tacos (bogo on Tuesdays is the deal of the day) are excellent. While waiting for your fried fish tacos, get some red onions and limes to add to your meal.
Sit outside or take a short walk down the street to the Buccaneer. They allow you to bring in food. Another short walk east and you’ll be in downtown Sierra Madre with more food, pizza, sushi, Irish bar and dessert.

I had the fish taco, a ceviche tostada, and a crunchy shrimp taco. The first two were good, but the shrimp taco was amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

Restaurantji Recommends
So on Tueadays and Thuradays they have deals and by far my favorite item is the Fish Tacos. The salsa they give you is top notch but I'll say the green salsa is superior. On Tueadays it's 1 for 1 on Fish Tacos and on Thursdays it's 1 for 1 on Carne Asada, Pastor, Chicken, and pork. Sadly i love the Fish tacos so much that even tho it's Thursday and I get a craving I just get the Fish tacos. Highly recommend.

Let's dive into a cozy little gem in town, Tacos Ensenada. This spot may seem small at first glance, with only three tables tucked inside, which does make it a bit snug. It's perhaps more suited for grabbing a bite on the go, especially since one of the tables seems more like a spot for waiting on takeout rather than dining in. But don't let that deter you; the charm of this place lies beyond just the seating arrangement. For those taco enthusiasts among us, Tacos Ensenada shines on Taco Tuesday and Taco Thursday, offering tempting deals that are hard to pass up. A personal favorite of mine is the Al Pastor tacos – a flavor-packed choice that's a must-try for anyone visiting. Now, a little tip on
parking: it's a bit of a unique setup. I recommend heading over to Memorial Park first, then make your way from East to West to enter the parking area. This little detour might seem like a bit of extra effort, but believe me, the tacos at the end of the journey make it all worthwhile. In essence, Tacos Ensenada is the perfect spot for those looking for delicious tacos without the fuss. It's about the simple pleasure of enjoying good food, even if it means eating it somewhere else. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to give it a try – especially on their special taco days for an extra treat.
