I just walked in and as I was taking out my phone to order coffee, their waiter immediately said that our toilet was unusable. Please, I went in to drink coffee and not to go to the toilet. They assumed that I went in to use the toilet and not to consume. This makes me very unhappy ?

Haven't had a problem with the store or staff but this is 2/2 times this week my drink makes it to work in a cup holder then the bottom of the plastic cup pops out tipping my drink over spilling it everywhere. The cup it domed out at the bottom, poor QA on the cup that holds my drink I'm probably going to stop getting because I haven't enjoyed it

3 times I had placed my order ahead. When I arrive at the time it should've been ready. They weren't ever able to find my order. I would have to show my online receipt and this location has been making my late for work even though I had already placed my order ahead through the app and paid for my drinks. Highly dissatisfied.

Slowest Starbucks I have even been to. It's right across the street from my job nobody really be inside and it took 15 minutes to make my lemonade because they are more focus on drive thru and pick up orders definitely not the best location to be slow due to how busy the area is yet the inside is again never crowded but is slow. Should get a crew that is not so lazy dragging their feet any other Starbucks I have been to they work this one seem like it don't fit in ??♀️Update: went today ordered a grande frappe and a sandwich my sandwich was done then waited another 10 minutes for my drink idk how the four people in line after me drinks were ready before mines then a regular came in they literally stopped and finished all her drinks I couldn't believe my eyes she touched every drink lid looking for hers I'll never return here again.

Free drink out of no where today! Idk what this is, some type of lemonade but it has sugar and tastes very sugary but overall good WiFi and good vibes here. The ambiance is good it's clean and the service was awesome for giving me this free drink! I came here once at 4am and it was open inside.

Everyone at this store is so friendly, even when it's busy. We bring our pup here and he gets so excited to get a pup cup -- and the staff is always excited to see him. I want to give a special shout out to Kai, who was super friendly, kind and personable on the register! I've worked at Starbucks and know how stressful it can be around the holidays--just know the baristas at this starbucks are killing it!

Haha, I literally hate this location. I was going to refrain from writing this review because my boyfriend said I should just let things go, but in the spirit of Christmas, consider this review my gift to the public. You know how sometimes you can walk into an establishment and feel the shift in energy? This place gives you exactly that. Half the employees here act like they hate their job, which is fair because capitalistic-consumer America SUCKS. But bby girl, I promise you there are jobs out there that will make you happier. However, I am begging y'all to drop the attitude, annoyance, and pessimistic energy when taking & preparing orders. Furthermore, the drinks at this location are a flop about 50% of the time. They're either full of too ice, too much creamer/milk, or just downright poorly made. I strongly encourage management to do MUCH better in their hiring process. Lastly, I hope some employees (short blonde girl who works cashier) read this review and decide to quit if they're truly that miserable here. Best wishes!
This used to be my absolute favorite Starbucks. I would go out of my way to come to this one. Lately tho, it has gone downhill. Not sure what is going on, but nah. This ain't it. Today...for the 3rd time (I always give 3 chances) I ordered 2 venti iced caramel machiattos. One with ice and one without for tomorrow or the next day. This is what I got. Pretty sure it's just milk and caramel...and it's disgusting. The only difference with these 2 drinks should be the ice...but clearly that is not the case.

Remember when Starbucks cold brew was ALWAYS served without ice BCZ IT'S COLD BREW...?! Have you noted they recently began selling it with ice? PACKED ICE! The 1st time this happened it was packed with so much ice that there was barely a quarter cup of cold brew in the cup compared to a original full cup. The barista got upset that I requested them to remake the drink.I was told by a barista at another location that I would need to pay an additional $1 if I wanted the original brew and to get around the packed ice service I need to request the order fulfilled with "little ice"Starbucks continues to raise prices with less drink in the cup. They are "the world's largest chain" and yet cannot seem to provide a full cupper!SHAME IN YOU

Bad costumer service. The worker taking my order got my order wrong I went back to tell them to redo it again and the window was left open and one of the worker she has red hair I over heard her saying Spanish speaker. Including the girl with long hair braided.
