It was my birthday and my Starbucks app had a problem logging in. I called Starbucks support telephone number and spoke to someone who couldn't assist me reseting the password on my account. It required a tech-support ticket. The store manager at this location Sam saw the issue and helped me with my drink order anyway. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to make for a good experience. Thanks

Best starbuck in the area only one in like 7 miles that actually has a big lobby with soft seats and plenty of tables staff are all great always smiling and greeting customers the manager Ana has a great crew and a awesome store you are lucky keep up the good work Roz, Fernando, Daisy, Selma, Ray, Elizabeth, Jai, Luigi, and a couple others names who i dont know great customer service!
