It's really tacky to charge for dinner rolls. The first thing you're faced with when you sit at the table is a sign that says " as always dinner rolls come with entrees. I have been going to Chi-Chi’s my whole life!! This would be since the early 70s! They have some of the best food in town! I absolutely love their salads, rolls and pasta! My favorites are their pesto sauce and their meatless sauce!! Everything is homemade! Their pizza is the best!!
