The food is good for fast food but nothing special. How can you rate service if most of the interaction is with a computer. Even if you ask to order through a person, you are denied.

First of all.. the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Managers keep the team moving. The added bonus is that our food was served hot and delicious. Wow totally pleased. All the other stores should follow by your example.

This El Pollo Loco is unbelievable. The Young Lady who is the manager is the best always friendly and helpful. The staff is top notch and I recommend El Locco to all my friends and business associates.
I rate then 10 out 10 "THE BEST"
