I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Location was great for exploring the area. Just a few minor issues, but nothing that ruined my experience. Would recommend!
This is my favorite Hotel in Chiang Rai BECAUSE OF THE STAFF! I come often, and all the staff is so remarkable in their cheer, friendliness, calling me by name, and helpful in every detail!
The managers are wonderful! They welcome me by name and give the red carpet treatment! The Chefs and those in the restaurant bend over backwards for me, in making my favorite dishes, even if it is NOT on the menu! The house girls cleaning the rooms take care of me with the most beautiful...
Comfortable, clean and friendly staff who will eagerly address any issues.
2nd visit: staff nice, room clean... shower water pressure was really bad and for some reason there was enough noises from the neighboring rooms that I didn't get much sleep, it wasn't constant but woke me up many times.
