It's Boba Time - Simi Valley

Had really good açaí bowls and bobas but one of the workers was coughing and I’m pretty sure they were sick so that kinda grossed me out, shouldn’t be working around food like that.

They delivered the boba within 2 minutes of ordering, but that service was far from okay. Employees made the inside feel hostile and severely uncomfortable. No offer for a receipt or anything of the sorts. I felt rushed to order by the cashier although there were no people standing behind myself. Would probably never come back.

MARCO IS VERY VERY RUDE! They made me the wrong drink then questioned me saying I ordered it wrong. When he walked away he muddered something as he walked away. Manager watched the whole thing and said nothing.

I had gone in and ordered on the computer thing since the employees were busy, it wasn’t even busy at the time but I get it. I order the boba and had swapped out the regular milk for oat milk since I’m kinda allergic to anything with lactose. Ik the drink that I get has ice cream in it but I’ve gone multiple times and they just don’t put it since it’s regular ice cream. Idk if they put ice cream or if they even put oat milk bc the drink made me very sick. Thankfully I only have slight allergies so all I got was a bad stomach, nausea, and a bit of hives but it shouldn’t have even happened in the first place. I get that they r teenagers but it could have ended up so much worse. Anyways this is just a psa to anyone who gets a milk alternative; please ask them if the made it with the milk u asked when they hand it to u. (Props to whoever made it tho the drink was bomb)

Been waiting for over 15 maybe 20 min there was 2 people in front but then 5 people came in after and got their stuff first so after asking turns our they completely dismissed my order and the guy who took my order hid in the back instead of apologizing he made himself a drink . Another guy apologized but I was not angry at him I even gave the half of what I paid as a tip extremely upset.

Used to love this place but it's gone down in quality. New afternoon staff is rude and reluctant to assist you with simply taking your order and the drinks are watery or overly sweet.

Compared to real boba places, this is so mid at best.

This place used to be good. But the last several months it has gone down in my book. Most off the time my tea comes out very watery. If i have time i will say something and they reluctantly make another. Sometimes it is better other times not so much. The hours are more convenient here than other places. I can't wait for a better place to open.
