The only time you get good service is if Ashton is there. Everyone else doesn't say hi, the one girl was so scripted she kept asking the same exact questions as her peers right after I answered. They charge $5 for avacado! Are you kidding me!? Overall... food is your normal Jersey Mikes and Ashton is the only human who makes this location worth it. Figure out your pricing and customer service skills to be more personable and we shall talk about an above star rating.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's. However I am disappointed since I have been doing mobile orders. I got my sandwich 25 min after I ordered. At that point, mobile ordering is not very convenient. I might as well walk in. I will still support and I know they are very busy (there were people in line and at least 10 Togo bags packed), it is lunch time. I get it. But maybe an extra staff on peak hours or at least acknowledge people as they come in bc I felt awkward interrupting...

Thank you so much!!!! I had the greatest experience at this location today. The men behind the counter did such a great job with our large order and were very attentive and kind. My receipt says our server was AMANDEEP but this was a team effort. Thank you guys, keep up the hard work!
