The lady with the eyelashes at 630 am on Feb 8 had the worst attitude because I had the audacity to ask if the hotcakes came in a meal. She said no but you can order drink and hash on the side which I did. Then when I didn't get my damn hot cakes she said you didn't order that. I asked for the receipt and she said I gave it to you. She most definitely did not. Now my daughter is crying because she refused to let me order the hotcakes. Literally closed the window on me. I was so nice dude. Manager needs to reach out that was insane

I’m tired of ordering at this McDonald’s and the other one. Seems like the owners are family or siblings. They are a JOKE! Not only you cannot order through a person but they charge for ranch when you already spent 10+ dollars on a meal. Walk in and the tv screens don’t display the menus. Soda machine don’t work for refills. At the other McDonald’s they completely removed it!!!! They make you order on the dumb KIOSK! Like what!!! And if you’re paying cash you still have to hand it to a person!!! Seriously this is a joke this McDonald’s needs to be closed!!!! Owner needs to be called out! All to save a couple bucks on employees! Oh and they are being over worked. This is not customer service it’s being stingy and running a joke of a business!!!!

I had the worst experience at this location. Morning management crew just doesn't care. I get that fast-food restaurants like these are moving towards self service models having orders done through their kiosks. But, that shouldn't replace common courtesy of acknowledging customers who chose to spend their money in your business. I witnesses an elder man struggle to comprehend ordering from the kiosk and it took them a while to help him. Once he was able to complete his order through the register, the manager told her cashier to immediately move away from the register to deter customers from ordering. Later on, 2 utility workers came in and formed a kine behind the register and the manager, without making eye contact told them that they don't take orders from the register and walked away. No "good morning" when customers walk in or "thank you" when handing your orders. Just cold and uncaring. Back to the elderly man who sat by the play area, his order was simply placed in the pick up area and sat there for over 10 minutes getting cold. This, after he was given a table number implying that his order will walked to his table. Tha manager was rude and implied that if I didn't like their process, then don't come back. Best advise of the day for me! She are a very unhappy and uncaring person.

Best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The lady who helped me even brought my food to the table. This absolutely blew my mind. The burgers I got were also hot and seemed fresh. Going to this McDonald's from now on instead of the one closer to my house
My experience was just frustrating. The cashiers couldn't figure out how to change an order. Any request that's not standard seems to be met with confusion and not helpful at all. It took 20 min to get 4 happy meals to request fries instead of apple slices. Sauce was wrong.
