I had a birthday party for my wife and wanted a really special cake for the occasion, I was told to look into Skiff's in Simi Valley and let me tell you it was a real pleasure to work with them. We sat down with Steve and he informed me of the variety of cake flavors, fillings and frostings as well as how they can decorate for any occasion. I ordered about three dozen cupcakes for a Christmas holiday party. I was concerned having never been here before. Happily: the cupcakes were spectacular both the decorations and the flavor .. the flavors reminded me of the great bakeries my mom used to visit. Skiff's has been around for quite a while and they really know what they're doing my order was ready right on time and neatly packaged to prevent damage. They were a big hit at the party. I will use them again.

I needed Gluten Free cupcakes for a baby shower. A couple of people, including the mother-to-be, have Celiac (cannot have wheat, barley or rye) and wanted to make sure this was a gluten free event so they wouldn't have to worry about eating the wrong thing or cross-contamination.
