I normally don’t eat here because of the previous bad experiences. I decided to give it a try today because there was a promotional code for online ordering. The food was bland no flavor. there was a few things wrong with my order, but they were minor, which is fine, but perhaps putting a little more love into cooking your food would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure to check your order carefully. Repeated occasions where they were unable to get the order correct. They should at least pack what is listed on the receipt tape on the box

This Panda Express location in Simi Valley has completely ruined all other Panda locations for me—in the best way possible! Their orange chicken is consistently perfect crispy, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy.

I don’t know what kind of magic their kitchen team is working with, but they nail it every single time. I travel for work and all the pandas in other cities and even other states, end up leaving me disappointed because no other location gets it quite like this one.

Everywhere else, it’s either soggy or bland, but not here!!! This place has officially spoiled me! If you’re an orange chicken lover, this is the gold standard.

I love this Panda Express so much it is the best one! Every time I go to a different one it isn’t as good. The food here is delicious and always fresh! The staff is always so attentive when I have an online order and there is quick service. Writing this while I’m eating because it’s so good and always meets my expectations!

Stop to get some Fried rice and white rice and I did get the teriyaki chicken, but the chicken taste like rubber ?? Always Happy with the food but wasn’t too happy with the teriyaki chicken !

So I can't request sweet and sour. You suck on door dash.

Showed up near closing after a long work day, a lot of the items needed to be made into another batch. I chose to wait for the quicker item (a chicken roll) but they threw in the other items I wanted free of charge. God bless these people!

Placed an online order for pickup. Staff ignored me standing at the register, while inquiring with customers who came in the door after me. Had to speak up to obtain my food. I will purchase my food elsewhere.

I came here to get the mushroom chicken because that's what I always like to get here. They didn't have it so they said they would make more which is no big deal so I waited for them to make more. I took my food home and when I got home to eat my meal I opened my container and they barley put any mushroom chicken in there maybe like half a scoop. There was no meat at all it was more like mushroom zucchini. I didn't order mushroom zucchini. I ordered mushroom chicken and I even waited for them to make more and they only give me half a scoop with no chicken at all. I feel so ripped off I don't think I'll be going to this panda express any longer.

Short girl working behind the counter around 9:30 taking forever to give me my food while she was just talking

I went into this location this afternoon and saw how the cashier (white young man) helped serve food while wearing a bandaid. His dirty bandaid kept touching the food that he was serving. I saw this happen to 3 plates. He should be using a glove to cover his wounds.
