For decades I have been visiting this place. It tends to have a crowd most times, and fortunately I've not had that long of a wait to get a table.Their ice tea in jars is cold and delicious, with the warm plate of soft rolls a great compliment. I ordered the Tri Tip, which came well-done abd the beans and Mac n cheese. Good choices. She had the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken ... which seems to be awesome whenever she orders it.Going back again this week ... can't wait!

RUN. Don't walk. Away from here! My family and I have spent a lot of money over the years. The quality has gone way down. We all have had food poisoning from here. It's sad since this was a wonderful place many years ago. The owner needs to go do something else. They were shut down a couple of months ago for some really bad things. Such as dead and alive roaches on the counters where food is kept. RUN.

Every time I go here I order the tri-tip and it's always pretty tough I love the flavor of the barbecue sauce because it's pretty sweet. There's nothing horrible about this place it's just okay nothing great either.

They served me something completely different than what I ordered then acted confused like they didn't know what was going on. The server didn't even care at all when I told her she was like oh and didn't even try to say sorry or anything. When I pay good money for a meal I expect good service or at least good food. This place definitely needs new management or maybe just shut down. Then when I finally got what I ordered which was a loaded pulled pork sandwich the meat was so hard and chewy I had to spit it out! It was absolutely horrible and so was the service even after I tipped right off the bat. Also the people in the kitchen were making negative remarks about me and I could here them. I just wanted a nice meal and I was so disappointed I had to walk out of there. I will never be eating here again!

While the people are nice, dining room clean, food quality and volume is just not what you'd expect for the price. We've given Red's several tries and these factors have remained the same. Our families have been looking for better in Simi so we've stopped going back. Cannot recommend.Parking: Plenty of parking...you wont have a problem.

As a resident of Simi Valley for over 20 years we have frequented Redds many times over the years. We took a chance and decided to have them cater our daughters wedding a couple of weeks ago. Our daughter was hesitant to use Redds after their recent inspection. My wife spoke to the owner (Kyle) and set up a private tasting for the bride and groom. That sold them! Not only did we get a great deal, we had the BEST food! Way better than Stonefire! The servers provided by Redds were on time, professional , courteous , cleaned up and packaged our left overs. Kyle and his staff were great every step of the way. Every guest and I mean every one loved the food... Highly Highly recommend !

My pulled pork sandwich had a piece of mold on the top. They also forgot rolls. Poor service and poor quality food. They gave me a refund for my sandwich and a couple bucks for my rolls. Will not be going back.

Had a great takeout experience. Used their home delivery and it was quick, the driver was courteous and food was delicious. Tri Tip, Chicken, BBQ chopped and spinach and artichoke dip were delicious and the garlic rolls, addicting. I appreciate everything arrived in an insulated bag and was still hot.

Real restaurant with real meals. Specials, side dishes. Families enjoying a meal. Singles flirting. Not obnoxiously loud. LA proper doesn't have a lot of these types of places. The tri tip is great.

One star because I learned through their last inspection the kitchen had roaches (live and dead)! I believe they immediately closed Reds due to bad sanitation standards.
