I am not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from, but every time I go into this location I get the best service and every barista is very friendly and cheery. It’s the only one in Simi Valley that actually has smiling and happy baristas. I really enjoyed the girl who helped me. She answered all my questions and was happy to help. I forgot her name but she has reddish hair.

Starbucks is always great with their specials. My current favorite is a Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino made brevity style with extra caramel sauce and lots of whipcream. It is always clean and well stocked. The help are clean, neat and tidy. They have different new specials all the time. If you wait too long in line the drink is on them.

It is a good public space to sit outside and meet people you sell stuff to online. Their coffee is overpriced so I just bring and drink my own coffee :)

Parking: Plenty of spots in you can almost always park in the first or second row of parking
