Got the Taro milk tea with boba and the Brown sugar oat milk late with boba. So so good! The perfect amount of sweetness and fresh boba. Also nice seating area to enjoy your drink. The art on the walls is fun.

Came and was told they were out of boba and would take 30 minutes. That was fine with us but when the boba was finally ready, we ordered and were disappointed. The boba balls did not taste freshly made and were hard! Wish we went to the boba place across the street instead.
